Our Story

AltaBridge Staffing was founded with a simple principle: the right people make the difference between projects that survive and projects that succeed.
After more than a decade managing complex initiatives across eCommerce, publishing, and education, our founder saw how often talented project professionals were undervalued, underutilized, or simply misplaced. Companies struggled to find the right fit; skilled PMs and analysts struggled to find teams that respected their craft. AltaBridge was built to close that gap, to be the bridge between great talent and great organizations.

About the Founder

John Maldonado, founder of Maldonado Consulting LLC and AltaBridge Staffing, built his career leading digital transformation projects for Fortune 500 companies and top educational publishers. Over ten years, he guided teams through large-scale eCommerce replatforms, CRM integrations, and product launches across hybrid Agile–Waterfall environments.

That experience exposed a recurring truth: too many projects fail not because of bad technology, but because of mismatched people. AltaBridge exists to fix that, to bring precision, respect, and reliability back to staffing.

John’s background in project management and his deep understanding of how organizations actually operate shape every placement we make. He believes great staffing isn’t about volume; it’s about fit, trust, and long-term outcomes.
